From a legal point of view, absolute responsibility refers to the failure of the spiritual and psychological element during the commission of a crime, as a result of which the responsibility is unintentionally directed at the perpetrator. It is raised in various legal jurisprudence topics. Therefore, the main issue in this research is whether it is possible to locate and identify absolute criminal responsibility in criminal jurisprudence? Legal, the nature of absolute criminal liability should be investigated in the measure of jurisprudence foundations. The result of the research is that absolute criminal liability is acceptable in general and can be placed in the structure of authentic jurisprudence; Because in the light of cautionary guarantee, significant examples can be considered as absolute criminal liability, which as a general sentence has a decisive role in determining criminal sentences.
