Criminal justice system in the torus of the case management system (CMS)

Abstract

Today, all judicial and administrative actions related to criminal cases are carried out in the case management system. In this research, we answer these questions in a descriptive-analytical way: what problem was the case management system created in response to, and then it traveled to Iran in response to what problem? What are the harms caused by the use of the case management system in Iran? The findings of the research indicate that the case management system was created to create transparency, increasing public trust, managing the flow of cases, creating a mechanism for easy monitoring, assessing the workload and etc. And has traveled to Iran as a result of electronic government and management movements. Despite its advantages, the septic system has disadvantages for the judicial system. After examining these damages, this article provides solutions.
