Pitfalls and desperation that the penal systems face with when they are unable to explain indicators, tools and symbols for an effective implementation of these tools to empower the system can be an important issue to be studied. Subsequently, the trial and error methods in countries like England and Wales have brought about some suggestions. This research has opted to introduce and share the experiences gained in this field by presenting the solutions like" Criminal-oriented", "Prison-oriented", and a third option that can be a mixture of both on the basis of the legal capacities in the Iran's penal systems. It has also tried to put forth a perfect model to monitor the offenders in the process of the imprisonment. CCTV, group therapy, social workers, and implementing the pseudo-family phenomenon in prisons are among these mechanisms whose effectiveness will be presented as the main finding of this research to be practiced during the offender imprisonment. کنترل و نظارت بر مجرمان در دوران حبس، یکی از موضوعات اساسی جرم شناسی کاربردی است که امروزه توسط کشورهای توسعه یافته به طور جدی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. معضل و درماندگی نظام های کیفری از تعریف شاخص ها و کاربست ابزارها و نهادهایی برای کارآمدتر نمودن هرچه بیشتر این شاخص ها و ابزارها به عنوان یک مساله مهم جهت پژوهش مطرح گردیده است. متعاقباً آزمون و خطای برخی از کشورها خصوصاً انگلستان و ولز موجب پیشنهاداتی شده است. پژوهش حاضر درصدد است تا با معرفی تجاربی که در این زمینه وجود دارد، از طریق بررسی سازوکارهایی در سه سطح "بزهکار محور"، "زندان محور" و "تلفیقی" و ظرفیت های قانونی نظام کیفری ایران، به ارائه الگویی مناسب برای نظارت بر مجرمان در فرایند مجازات سلب آزادی بر آید. دوربین های مداربسته، گروه درمانی، مددکاری و استفاده از خانواده های کاذب در دوران حبس، از جمله همین سازوکارها هستند که کارآمدی آنان بهعنوان یافته این پژوهش، برای اجرا در دوران اعمال مجازات حبس پیشنهاد می گردد. https://jol.guilan.ac.ir/article_632_55f79da32207da2942ad2477fd45909d.pdf
