In recent years, looking at animals and their rights have been changed. Moral and philosophical views about animals had changed and NGOs' activities in development of animals' rights have an important role in internal and external dimensions.<br />Now, some criminologists study animal rights and causes of their victimization from a critical dimension as one branch of the critical criminology. So, a new field about the study of animal species' victimization as a result of human actions has been posed as nonspecies criminology. It is a scientific study of animals' rights, institutions deal with this issue and their weaknesses and shortcomings. In addition, a new critical branch as zemiology studies various aspects of animal species' victimization as a result of air pollution, noise pollution, light pollution, genetic transformation experiments, etc. Thus, according to new developments, animal species need new kinds of support to minimize their vulnerability.<br />This study, on one hand, introduces this criminology, studies offenders and damages in this field and traces various criminal models based on the motives of offenders and the results of their actions, and on the other hand, it considers changes in animals' criminal law derives from nonspecies criminology whether domestic or international level
