One of the most important international documents in fighting against corruption is the convention against corruption (Merida) that has got many members. On the other hand, the most important legal document in internal arena is ‘Administrative Health promotion and anti-corroption Act. This paper aims to conduct a comparative investigation on ‘Merida Convention’ and ‘Administrative Health promotion and anti-corroption Act, revealing that the rule is influenced by the aforementioned convention in many fields.
