Fine is justified when criminal law goals are met and realized. The criminal systems have adopted and attempted various strategies for this purpose. Following the practice of the French panel law, the Iranian lawmaker has adopted the strategy of making the fines 3 to 6 times or 2 to 4 times for legal persons, concerning the cyber-crimes and other crimes, respectively. The United States criminal law applies five stages to determine guilt score and risk degree; and specifies the related punishments for the legal persons. In the UK, a modern method has been used to improve the fine deterrence effect for the legal persons, specifically for the major crimes such as murder. The method emphasizes on reducing some percent of the criminals' real income, whose details would be discussed in this paper. The ultimate purpose of comparing the countries' legal systems is to specify the Iranian penal system's deficiencies concerning the topics of the discussion and providing solutions to overcome them. <br />  مسؤولیت کیفری اشخاص حقوقی در معنای اهلیت آنها به تحمل تبعات جزایی رفتار مجرمانه، اشخاص مزبور را به جرگة تابعان حقوق کیفری وارد، و آماج پاسخ‌های کیفری متناسب با ماهیت‌شان، از جمله جزای نقدی قرار می‌دهد. جزای نقدی نیز زمانی موجه می‌نماید که هدف‌های حقوق کیفری خاصه، پیامدگرایی را تأمین، و به منصة ظهور رساند. نظام‌های کیفری برای تحقق این مهم، رَه‌یافت‌های گوناگونی را برگزیده و به بوته‌ی آزمایش برده‌اند. قانون‌گذار ایران با تأسی از رویه‌ی نظام کیفری فرانسه، راه‌بردِ سه تا شش برابر کردن و نیز دو تا چهار برابر نمودن جزای نقدی قابل اِعمال بر اشخاص حقوقی- به ترتیب در قبال جرایم رایانه‌ای و سایر جرایم- را اتخاذ کرده است. نظام کیفری آمریکا با اتکا به اصول راهنمای کیفرِ کمیسیون تعیین کیفر ایالات متحده، از رَه‌گذر مرحله‌های‌ پنج‌گانه‌- که مورد تدقیق این نوشتار قرار خواهند گرفت- نمرة مجرمیت و درجة خطر رفتار شخص حقوقی را تعیین، و مجازات آن را مشخص می‌نماید. درانگلستان، شیوة نوین به‌خدمت گرفته شده برای ارتقای سطح بازدارندگی جریمة  اشخاص حقوقی، خاصه در قبال جرایم مهمی چون قتل، کسر درصدی از درآمد واقعی آن‌هاست که بیان جرئیات آن برعهدة این تحقیق خواهد بود. غایتِ این مقایسه، مشخص نمودن نارسایی‌های نظام کیفری ایران در این زمینه و ارایة راه‌‌کار‌های فروگشا به‌منظور رفع آنها است. https://jol.guilan.ac.ir/article_1757_d58a5bbe8a3fad525e5a0bf0361f9ae1.pdf
